 Exchanges and Returns:

Due to the type of products we sell, returns are not accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Paint Parties

If you purchase a ticket for a paint party event and you can not attend, your ticket is non-refundable or unless it was canceled by the instructor. 

Deposits for scheduled paint parties are non-refundable. Once the deposit is paid it is used to get the necessary supplies for the scheduled party.
